State Manager |
The State Manager will initiate the ZayDay.com program in
their State. They will oversee all faucets of developing the State,
including aiding in the recruiting, hiring, and supervising of Regional
Managers, and Area Managers, as well as leading by example, and aiding in
the growth of ZayDay.com within their State. |
Successful candidate will be
driven, possess leadership abilities, be motivated, well spoken, have
an entrepreneurial spirit, and a proven track record in direct sales
and marketing, and in developing, managing, and growing a successful,
thriving business. |

Regional Managers
|
Regional Managers will aid in the opening of new
markets, gaining market share through proven techniques, and develop
these markets to be productive, and profitable. Regional Managers will
work closely with the State Manager, and help directly recruit, hire,
supervise and train the Area Managers, as well as leading by example,
and aiding in the growth of ZayDay.com within their Region. |

|
Area Managers will work very closely with their Regional

within their area. |

working with local Merchants, within their local Market, providing
superior customer service to both Merchant, and customer. Sales /
Marketing Executives will work closely with local organizations,
aiding in their fundraising efforts, as well as Marketing the
ZayDay.com membership card through proven marketing and sales
techniques. |
